Natural Inhabitors of the internet message board GameCheetz. They can also be citizens of the city of GameCheetz, the dominant lifeform on the planet GameCheetz, or maybe just the non-word Cheetz with an additional I A N and S.
plan can refer to many things. Among them: flan. can. plan. Tenochtitlan.
But the most referred to plan of all is Ingiald's Plan, a dastardly plan involving firing ducks at Hyrule Castle, or something like that. Constantly criticized for its lack of Hylian Drownage, Ingiald's Original Plan was discarded in favor of a new plan, one even more dastardly than the last: Introducing the Hylians to BIRD FLU! But that plan failed miserably, as Hylians, especially Link, actually cried at the end of Dynablade and thus are immune to bird flu.

]]>Fenix Z is not related to the StarCraft character, Praetor Fenix. Nor is he related to the Gears of War character Marcus Fenix. Rather, he is his own cretin. He is a fairly recent generation of Another Hand, except his name doesn't have anything to do with hands. A veteran of forum2, his skills-and interest- in roleplaying are second-to-none.
He has his own damn message board, but I refuse to link to it here, for that could very well get me in trouble.

]]>Created out of spare parts from Master Hand and Crazy Hand, Another Hand claimed he was created by the second-or-third cousin of the creator of the two. He had the ability to speak in Moonworld-ese, but he prefered to use proper grammar when speaking in the forums. Which is a tall order, considering that Another Hand was basically a giant glove.
AH eventually became a regular member of the Gamecheetz Forum, but after the Infection of '05, he joined forum3 as the Sixteenth Member, Another Hand. Then he got upgraded to Another Hand X, and the rest is history. Or, non-history, or something like that.
Another Hand X is the second generation of Another Hand. Boasting powers stolen'd directly from Mega Man X, and claiming to be created by a Dr. Kira (Supposedly the same person who created Iris and Colonel from X4) AHX was supposedly unstoppable. And he was only thirteen/fourteen at the time. I can't seem to remember.
Once a friend and ally of Nightmare, he had turned on him during The War of Forum3, and eventually left him to die in Missing Frame.
However, guilt breathed its bad breath on AHX. After abandoning Nightmare, he was reminded of his sister Iris, and he disappeared never to be seen again.
